LobiBoxes are programmed to display your organization’s logo on the main interface.
Log in through the LobiBox mobile app -> Visitor Scheduling -> New Entry -> Enter visitor name, contact information (to send the passkey), and activation dates/times.
Log in through the LobiBox mobile app -> Tap the settings icon in the top right corner -> Change Password.
Visitors can be scheduled through the mobile app, or granted access by you through the member directory on the LobiBox. When an unscheduled visitor arrives, they can press “Member List,” scroll to find your name, and when it calls your smartphone, press “grant access” to allow entry, or “deny entry” to dismiss.
Not a problem. As long as you have your smartphone with the LobiBox app installed, you can click to unlock any door or gate you have access to.
Registered members can only manage the LobiBox through the mobile app. Administrators can manage it through the web-based platform.
