IP call stations

Visitor entry, designed around real use.

  • Visitors find a resident, tenant or designated contact.
  • Supported calling options connect them by video or standard telephone.
  • Authorized users can make remote entry decisions in the configured system.
  • Visitor-code workflows support planned guest access.
  • Property staff maintain directory and access information through the administration tools.

Make the deployment fit the property.

Directory organization, network coverage, mounting position and call-routing decisions all affect the experience. During evaluation, confirm accessibility requirements, user onboarding, power, door or gate control and the route for after-hours visitors.

Environmental limits vary by model. In Arizona and other hot climates, review sun exposure, enclosure conditions and the documented operating range before approving an outdoor location.

Questions property teams ask

Does every resident need a smartphone?

The existing LobiBox product offering includes standard telephone calling options as well as supported app workflows. Confirm the calling arrangement for your project during the demo.

Can the intercom serve multiple tenants?

Yes. Multi-tenant directory and calling workflows are central to the visitor-unit offering. Confirm the supported capacity and configuration for your selected hardware and software revision.

Is this an emergency communication system?

Do not assume an entry intercom or call station satisfies a regulated emergency or life-safety application. Such uses require separate review of the equipment, applicable requirements and approvals.
