Define a service relationship

Build your installation, onboarding and maintenance offering around clearly agreed responsibilities.

Develop recurring opportunity

Discuss software subscription terms and your ongoing customer-support role as part of the partner arrangement.

Start with one well-qualified deployment.

  • Share the property type, service territory and customer’s current system.
  • Review the door count, entrances, network, power and required credentials.
  • Attend a platform demonstration and validate the proposed configuration.
  • Agree hardware, software, installation and support responsibilities in writing.
  • Complete a pilot or first deployment, then apply the lessons to the next project.

Two partnership routes. Choose the right one.

Build your own brand

For businesses seeking private-label hardware and software, the OEM program adds a separate commercial and technical evaluation.

Partner questions

Do I need to commit to a national rollout?

Start by discussing your territory, capabilities and a realistic first opportunity. Participation, ordering terms and any commitments are agreed during onboarding.

Are territories or leads exclusive?

Exclusivity, lead assignment and account responsibilities require a written agreement. The website does not promise protected territories or guaranteed lead volume.

Who supports the customer?

The partner agreement should define first-line support, installation responsibility, escalation to LobiBox and the ongoing service relationship.

Can I get design and product documentation?

Current product information, manuals and wiring documents are available in the support library. Contact LobiBox to review requirements that are not resolved by the published documentation.
