There is no limit to how many LobiBoxes can be connected to one system.

Log into the administrator dashboard -> Members -> Add Member -> complete the required fields and save.

Log into the administrator dashboard -> Members -> Check box next to member you want to delete -> Click the trash can icon.

Nope. LobiBox is easy to integrate with any current system and has the capability to control any size gate or door lock.

Log into the administrator dashboard -> Access Levels -> Add New Access Level for employees and vendors -> Select permissions -> Select Visitor Units and Schedules for each permission granted for the employees and vendors.

Log into Admin Dashboard -> Reports -> Doors -> Choose Time Period to set dates -> Generate.

Absolutely. LobiBox can control any size door locks and gates.

LobiBoxes are programmed to display your organization’s logo on the main interface.

Log in through the LobiBox mobile app -> Visitor Scheduling -> Tap + icon -> Enter visitor name, contact information (to send the visitor code), activation dates/times, and select door/gates -> Create.

Log in through the LobiBox mobile app -> Tap the settings icon in the top right corner -> Change Password.

Visitors can be scheduled through the mobile app, or granted access by you through the member directory on the LobiBox. When an unscheduled visitor arrives, they can press “Member List,” scroll to find your name or type first 3 characters of your name, and when it calls your smartphone, press “grant access” to instantly allow entry, or answer video call or voice call and then allow entry. 

Not a problem. As long as you have your smartphone with the LobiBox app installed, you can tap to unlock any door or gate you have access to.

Registered members can only manage the LobiBox through the mobile app. Administrators can manage it through the Admin Dashboard. 

Residents/employees can manually enter guests and their granted level of access one at a time. Bulk import capabilities are coming soon.

When your smartphone rings that someone is calling from the LobiBox, answer the call and press “video call”.

No, the video call is only one way, but they can hear you.
